The name Café Palermo goes back to an old family story from 1871 of the founder and owner Marc Fiedler. The company was founded in 1990 und has been running since 2003 under this historical name.  Café Palermo is a group of companies managed by „family“ members, which work internationally  in research and conception, but also in production in the areas of communication, design, architecture, fashion and gastronomy.
